The White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ (OFCCP) expanded version of the Scheduling Letter and Itemized Listing for notifying construction contractors of a compliance evaluation. OMB also has approved a revised version of OFCCP’s new Construction Contract Award Notification Requirement Form (Form CC-314). Both approvals begin July 31, 2024, and last for three years.
The revamped construction Scheduling Letter requires construction contractors to provide documentation of their compliance with OFCCP regulations. OFCCP also is requesting more payroll and employment activity data.
The Construction Contract Award Notification Requirement Form (Form CC-314) requires contracting officers, applicants, and contractors to submit information including the prime contract number and names of the awarding agency, applicant, or contractor.
OFCCP stated that receiving more complete documentation at the outset will reduce the requests for additional information and allow it to focus on the small percentage of cases involving potential violations.
