The Illinois Department of Labor (IDOL) has published a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) on the state’s new pay data reporting requirements (SB 1480) that were enacted last year. The FAQs are intended to provide additional compliance guidance to employers on issues regarding pay reporting brought to IDOL’s attention by interested parties in anticipation of the upcoming May 24, 2022, submission deadline applicable to the first batch of covered employers.
