Affirmative Action Program Development
EASI’s government compliance staff are among the most experienced and knowledgeable affirmative action practitioners in the country. They routinely partner with Fortune 500 companies to manage all aspects of affirmative action compliance, from plan design and development to statistical and narrative report preparation. They also have helped dozens of large government contractors secure Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) approval of their functional or business-unit AAP structures. Custom AAP Solutions for Client-Specific Needs Unlike many other affirmative action service providers, EASI does not use a proprietary software product to generate standardized AAPs and one-size-fits-all AAP reports. Instead, our production model reverses the typical AAP development process by starting with the client’s data, identifying the client’s compliance and diversity objectives, and then developing the programming, analytical methodologies, and output reports to meet those objectives. This approach allows us to be far more flexible and accommodating of the complex organizational structures of our large corporate clients, by offering:
