She most recently served as EEO/Compliance Specialist with Coca Cola Enterprises in Atlanta, where she managed OFCCP audits and the development and implementation of the company's affirmative action plans across all business units. Before that, Yolanda served as a Senior HRIS Analyst with the Home Depot Corporation, where she supported HR Business units with HRIS reporting and the development and implementation of HR systems.
